Richard John Hay has been in the building trade for 30 years. Learning all skills of the plastering trade from his late father William Hay. Richard and his father have undertaken all types of plasterwork over the years, working on commercial and private commissions – traditional to modern plastering, working outside and inside.

Richard specialises in running cornices, this is a highly skilled job.

In the past Richard has worked for many companies over the years such as David Forsyth, Elgin, Hall & Tawse, Elgin and Laings of Inverurie.

For the last 10 years Richard has been self employed, working on large projects such as churches and stately homes aswell as modern plasterwork for residential homes.
